How do I place an order?

When will my order be shipped?

An acknowledgement will be sent via e-mail confirming our receipt of your order and the scheduled shipping date. Most items are in stock and will be shipped with in three working days. You will be contacted again if your shipment is delayed for any reason.

How soon will I receive my order?

Expected date of shipping will be shown to you in your shopping cart at the time of purchase. Generally your order will be shipped from our warehouse within three business days of your placing the order.

What is your Terms and Conditions of sale?

1) The outfit ordered online by our customers is individually made in accordance with measurements provided and sizes they have chosen . So we expect our customers to support sareestore's NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

2) sareestore will not be able to refund or exchange any online sales at www.sareestore.com under any circumstances.

3) The outfits ordered online by our customers might have slight color variation when compared to the actual outfit. It is not practically possible to get the same color as displayed on the monitor. There are many things to be taken into consideration like photography and different shades of color under different lights and medium. We expect our customer who orders any outfit from sareestore.com is aware of this valid problem sareestore faces.

4) If ordered outfit has been shipped from sareestore office and has been delayed by the reasons other than sareestore.com control directly for eg. Held at the customs, natural disasters or transport strikes etc the customer has to accept the order.

5) Our shipping agent will attempt delivery thrice to the address specified by the customer. Due to any reasons if customer is unable to accept the parcel then the responsibility is on the customer to collect the parcel from shipping agent. In further delay if the parcel is destroyed by the shipping agent the sareestore is not be held responsible.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

If you have placed an order with Sareestore.com, you can check the current status of your order by entering your Email Address and Password on our Order Tracking page.

When I am inquiring about my order what information do I need to include?

Include your Name, Address & Phone Number. When you check out you will receive an order number, please include that as well.

I don't know my order number. Where do I find it?

Under "Order Tracking", you can view the details of all the orders you've placed with Sareestore.com shopping till date along with order number by providing email id and password. Just click on Order Number in order tracking section and view complete order details of your earlier purchases.

Do I get Tussels with my saree?

Sarees are normally not supplied with Tussels (Since Tussels are out of fashion). However we will try to send matching Tussels with some sarees if not the same that are displayed on the site. Even if we send Tussels with sarees they will not be attached to the saree. The customer has to attach tussels to the saree if desired.
